How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping of 

  1. $9 (CAD) / $7 (USD) for orders under 1 kg - worldwide, 
  2. Free Shipping for under 1 kg - India

We do occasionally have free shipping offers, though!  Check the Offers & Discount Page.

Where do you ship to, and which carrier will be delivering my order?

We ship to over 100+ Countries worldwide.

We always use the carrier that will get your order to you the quickest! 

We currently ship with FedEx, DHL, DTDC & Blue Dart.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know you want your tea as soon as possible! We’re working hard to get your order to you quickly so you can start that kettle.

Here’s how it works:

Our distribution center in Darjeeling, India, processes orders 6 days a week, excluding statutory holidays in India.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process it in 1-3 days. Then, it’s into the capable hands of our carriers!

Our order usually takes

  1. 2-4 working days - India
  2. 7-8 working days - Worldwide

Our carriers deliver Monday through Friday only.

Please Note: Delivery time may be affected by various know and unknown reason.

How can I track my shipment?

We know you like to keep close tabs on your tea! When your order is placed, it can take 1-3 days for us to process it. 

When processing is complete, the shipping carrier assigns a tracking number, your order leaves our distribution center in Darjeeling, India, and you receive an email with your tracking information.

Visit our Order Status page at any time to check the status of your order. Once its shipped, you’ll find a tracking number under “Shipping To”—clicking this link will bring you the tracking page where you can get live updates from the carrier. Time to watch the journey from us to you!

My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?

First, check the tracking information you received from the carrier—this will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated arrival.

Please contact the carrier directly if your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it.
